convert the existing duplex unit into one single-family residential home and to construct <br />two new attached single-family units in the rear of the property <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br />Concerning the upcoming Council priority-setting workshop, Councilmember McGovern <br />stressed the importance of public input on the matter and asked staff to make it how the public <br />can reach the City Council via the City's website. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS <br />Councilmember Thorne reported attending a meeting with Leader of the Senate Budget <br />Committee Mark DeSaulnier. He was encouraged by Mr. DeSaulnier's comments on the <br />progress thus far and hopes to soon see a State Budget that does not include further <br />appropriations of Prop 1A funds.
