CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-312 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST FROM CASTLEWOOD <br />PROPERTIES AND RALPH MARTIN (MUTUAL LAND COMPANY) <br />FOR TIME EXTENSION OF GROWTH MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Section 2-20.05(b)(9) of the Growth Management <br />Program ordinance allows Council to extend the <br />lapsing period of Growth Management approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />due to the necessity of a comprehensive water <br />study, the completion of final planning for the <br />Castlewood Properties and Ralph Martin (Mutual <br />Land Company) projects has been delayed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 26, 1984, Council received <br />the report of the Director of Planning and Community <br />Development recommending a one year extension for <br />both projects; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council hereby grants a one year extension to <br /> the growth management allocation for the 39-unit <br /> Martin project and the 28-unit Castlewood Properties <br /> project, both proposed to be located at the eastern <br /> terminus of Crellin Road.
