CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-310 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF MAY, 1984 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,566,276.46 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of June 26, 1984, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of May, 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 047063 to 047761 <br /> dated from May 1, 1984 to May 31, 1984, in the <br /> total amount of $2,566,276.46 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated May 31, 1984, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 26, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None ~E~ <br /> ~_V~AYOR <br /> <br />eorge, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> ~7 wlft~,~t <br />Bri S ant City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
