ATTACHMENT A <br /> <br /> WATER AUDIT <br /> AND <br />"WATER AUDIT REPORT" <br /> <br />As required in Section 3, Task I of this Contract, the Grantee shall conduct a <br />comprehensive systemwide water audit for the entire water distribution system <br />(or portion) presented in the Grantee's grant application. <br /> <br />The basic purpose of the Water Audit is to quantify the amount of water lost <br />from the water distribution system and is unavailable for beneficial use. In <br />the water audit, the utility must collect, analyze and verify as much data as <br />possible to closely determine the actual quantities of water attributable <br />to each of the various uses and losses.
