The level of any ~.,art.~.cipation in the latter <br />sh~il take into consideration the project's contri- <br />bution towards city services generally, including <br />.fire services. The a~%reeL~ent shall be entered into <br />prier to issuance of a building permih on the s~ject <br />property. <br /> <br />That the develcper ccmplete any re-striping of Stoneridge <br />~-all Road which may be required to provide vehicle access <br />to this development. <br /> <br />That the developer ~ontact Engineering Services prior <br />to final design of the on-site utility system. <br /> <br />That the developer provide for possible future cross <br />access to the undeveloped portion of the parcel. <br /> <br />That the developer process a minor subdivision appli- <br />cation and properly resolve any existing assessment <br />district obligations in the event that the undeveloped <br />remainder of the parcel is sold. <br /> <br />That the westernmost undeveloped portion of the site shall <br />be maintained in a neat and weed free manner at all times. <br /> <br />That a fifteen (15') foot wide public service easement <br />(PSE) be dedicated to the City,for street right-of-way <br />purposes along the Shoneridge Mall Road frontage of this <br />development. <br /> <br /> <br />
