The level of any ~.,art.~.cipation in the latter sh~il take into consideration the project's contri- bution towards city services generally, including .fire services. The a~%reeL~ent shall be entered into prier to issuance of a building permih on the s~ject property. That the develcper ccmplete any re-striping of Stoneridge ~-all Road which may be required to provide vehicle access to this development. That the developer ~ontact Engineering Services prior to final design of the on-site utility system. That the developer provide for possible future cross access to the undeveloped portion of the parcel. That the developer process a minor subdivision appli- cation and properly resolve any existing assessment district obligations in the event that the undeveloped remainder of the parcel is sold. That the westernmost undeveloped portion of the site shall be maintained in a neat and weed free manner at all times. That a fifteen (15') foot wide public service easement (PSE) be dedicated to the City,for street right-of-way purposes along the Shoneridge Mall Road frontage of this development.
