CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-296 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF ASHWILL HAWKINS AND PARTNERS, INC. FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL OF AN APPROXIMATELY 13,800 SQ. FT. BUILDING AND RELATED FACILITIES ON AN APPROX- IMATELY 0.86 ACRE SITE AT 2158 RHEEM DRIVE (PUD-82-18-5D) WHEREAS, Ashwill Hawkins and Partners, Inc. has applied for design approval for an approximately 13,800 sq. ft. building and related facilities on an approximately 0.86 acre site at 2158 Rheem Drive; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on June 12, 1984; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 12, 1984 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-82-18 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-82-18 as well as the City' General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Ashwill Hawkins and Partners, Inc. for design approval of an approximately 13,800 sq. ft. building and related facilities on an approximately 0.86 acre site at 2158 Rheem Drive, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 12, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes James R.
