CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-295 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL OF AN APPROXIMATELY 13,800 SQ. FT. BUILDING AND RELATED FACILITIES ON AN APPROXIMATELY 0.86 ACRE SITE AT 2158 RNEEM DRIVE (PUD-82-18-5D) WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 12, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for design review approval of an approximately 13,800 sq. ft. building and related facilities on an approximately 0.86 acre site at 2158 Rheem Drive; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated April 27, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for design review approval of an approximately 13,800 sq. ft. building and related facilities on an approximately 0.86 acre site at 2158 Rheem Drive (PUD-82-18-5D). Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
