CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-294 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF ASHWILL HAWKINS AND PARTNERS , INC . FOR DESIGN APPROVAL OF FOUR OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS TOTALLING APPROXIMATELY 36 ,900 SQ. FT. AND RELATED FACILITIES ON AN APPROX- IMATELY 2 . 4 ACRE SITE AT 2174 AND 2183 RHEEM DRIVE WHEREAS , Ashwill Hawkins and Partners , Inc . has applied for design approval for four office/industrial buildings totalling approximately 36 ,900 sq . ft . and related facilities on an approximately 2 . 4 acre site located at 2174 and 2183 Rheem Drive ; and WHEREAS , based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment , a negative declaration was adopted by Council on June 12 , 1984; and WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on June 12 , 1984 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design , cumulative impact , consistency with PUD-82-18 and the General Plan ; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-82-18 as well as the City ' s General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS : Section 1 : Approves the application of Ashwill Hawkins and Partners , Inc . for design approval of four office/indus- trial buildings totalling approximately 36 , 900 sq . ft . and related facilities on an approximately 2 . 4 acre site at 2174 and 2183 Rheem Drive , subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2 : This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
