CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-293 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />DESIGN APPROVAL OF FOUR OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS <br />TOTALLING APPROXIMATELY 36,900 SQ. FT. AND RELATED <br />FACILITIES ON AN APPROXIMATELY 2.4 ACRE SITE AT <br />2174 AND 2183 RHEEM DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 12, 1984, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for the design <br />approval of four office/industrial buildings totalling <br />approximately 36,900 sq. ft. and related facilities on <br />an approximately 2.4 acre site at 2174 and 2183 Rheem <br />Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated April 27, 1984 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed development <br />plan would not have any significant adverse effects <br />on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for design approval <br /> of four office/industrial buildings totalling approximately <br /> 36,900 sq. ft. and related facilities on an approximately <br /> 2.4 acre site at 2174 and 2183 Rheem Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 12, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
