EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />Conditions of Case PUD-81-30-12D <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the site <br />plan, elevations, landscape plan and preliminary grading <br />plan on file with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />That the existing median break in West Las Positas Boulevard <br />adjacent to the easterly driveway of the subject site shall <br />be reviewed by the City Engineer during final design for <br />possible modification in order to allow proper entry and <br />exit from that driveway. <br /> <br />That approval of case PUD-81-30-12D is subject to all <br />conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 approving Parcel <br />Map 3858. <br /> <br />That the development shall be subject to all conditions <br />of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving the Hacienda <br />Business Park. <br /> <br />That this development is subject to all Standard Conditions <br />of Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />~'~ference, except conditions 12, 29, 33, 34, 35, 46 and 49. <br /> <br /> <br />
