CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-291 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN-PENTZ PROPERTIES FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL OF AN APPROX- IMATELY 47,000 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING AND RELATED FACILITIES ON APPROXIMATELY 3.5 ACRES LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF 5669 GIBRALTAR DRIVE (PUD-81-30-12D) WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties has applied for design approval of an approximately 47,000 sq. ft. office building and related facilities on an approximately 3.5 acre site located in the vicinity of 5669 Gibraltar Drive (south) (the AT&T site); and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 12,1984 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Callahan-Pentz Properties for design approval of an approximately 47,000 sq. ft. office building and related facilities on an approximately 3.5 acre site located in the vicinity of 5669 Gibraltar Drive (south) (the AT&T) site), subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
