CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION N0.84-290 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THAT THE FOUR CITIES OF <br />SAN RAMON, DUBLIN, LIVERMORE AND PLEASANTON PARTICIPATE <br />IN THE CITIZENS ADVISORY CABLE TV COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Citizens Advisory Cable TV Committee has met <br />recently and discussed representation on that <br />committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it was recommended that the four cities initiate <br />negotiation proceedings simultaneously to participate <br />in the Citizens Advisory Cable TV Committee; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: It is the recommendation of the City Council <br /> that the four cities of San Ramon, Dublin, Livermore <br /> and Pleasanton initiate negotiation proceedings <br /> simultaneously to participate in the Citizens <br /> Advisory Cable TV Committee. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 12, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None ~ CER,~/ET,~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />J s . <br /> Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Peter D.
