CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-286 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP FOR TRACT 5112, SUNRISE VILLA II, <br />THE 255 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map for Tract 5112, Sunrise Villa <br />II, by The 255 Limited Partnership, has been submitted <br />and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary <br />inspection fees, annexation fees and insurance have <br />been received by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map was reviewed by the City Council at its <br />meeting of June 12, 1984; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The final map for Tract 5112, Sunrise Villa II, by <br />The 255 Limited Partnership, is hereby approved and <br />accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br />instructed to take whatever action is necessary to <br />implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 12,1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ,TEST: <br /> H R.
