I <br /> <br />agents, servants, and employees, and they are not agents, servants, <br />or employees of the City. <br /> <br /> 6. Insurance. During the term of this agreement, the <br />Consultant agrees to maintain in full force and effect, at its <br />own cost and expense, comprehensive general liability insurance <br />and professional liability insurance in connection with the work <br />performed for the City as follows: <br /> <br /> a. Comprehensive general liability insurance for at <br />least $500,000 combined limit for bodily injury and nroDerty <br />damage, providing that the City, its officers, employees, and <br />agents are to be named additional insureds under the policy. <br /> <br /> b. Professional liability insurance for at least <br /> <br />$100,000. <br /> <br /> c. Certificates of insurance which provide that no <br />cancellation, major change in coverage, or expiration by the <br />insurance company without thirty (30) days written notice to the <br />City prior to the effective date of such cancellation or change in <br />coverage shall be filed with the City prior to engaging in any <br />activity set forth in this agreement. <br /> <br /> 7. Notices.
