CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-283 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CARL MILEFF AND <br />ASSOCIATES FOR PLAN CHECKING SERVICES <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between the <br /> City of Pleasanton and Carl Mileff and Associates for <br /> plan checking services, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the <br /> above-described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the City Manager to enter into <br /> substantively equivalent agreements, approved as to form <br /> by the City Attorney, with other individuals for plan <br /> check services as necessary. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 12, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> es R.
