That Plaintiff CITY O~ PLEASANTON shall convey to <br />Defendant ttOPYARD }PROFESSIONAL CE~JTER a parcel of real property <br /> <br />having approximately .. square feet ~,nc] which is contiguous to <br /> <br />6 Parcel 3-2. Plaintiff shall construct on said parcel certain <br /> <br />7 paving and driveway improvements, at no cost to Defendant HOPYARD <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL CENTER, the extent and nature of which'are subject <br />to the agreement of both parties. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />10.
