That Plaintiff CITY OF PLEASANTON shall convey to <br />Defendant C & H DEVELOPMENT CO. a parcel of'real property having <br />approximately 19,616 square feet and which is contiguous to <br />Parcels 1-2, 1-4 and 1-5. <br /> <br /> 12. That the real property taxes, including any <br />delinquencies, costs and interests, if any, shall be prorated in <br />accordance with Revenue and Taxation Code Section 4986 as oE <br />October 19, 1982, and such portion of said taxes as is <br />attributable to the period from and after said date be, and the <br />same are, hereby cancelled, and that the lien for real property <br />taxes, insofar as they affect the subject parcels, be cancelled, <br />and the Auditor of the County of Alameda is directed to take <br />whatever steps are necessary to cancel said taxes, and the lien <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
