CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-281 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING QUITCLAIM OF CITY PROPERTY <br />TO MORRISON HOMES FOR PRIVATE STREET PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />as part of the requirements for Heritage Valley <br />developments, Morrison Homes dedicated land to the <br />City for Orloff Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />with the development of Tract 5244, Danbury Park, <br />Morrison Homes will be dedicating the remainder of <br />the park lands and building homes along the park; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a portion of Groth Circle (a private street) must <br />be constructed across land previously dedicated for <br />park purposes and it is necessary to quitclaim this <br />land back to Morrison Home for use as a private <br />street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the Mayor to execute a quitclaim deed <br />from the City of Pleasanton to Morrison Homes for <br />land to be used as a private street, copy attached. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 12, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~ <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> l'l'ia ' <br /> eter D.
