CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-280 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT <br />5244, DANBURY PARK, MORRISON HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract <br /> 5244, Danbury Park, Morrison Homes, have been submitted <br /> and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary <br /> inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City <br /> Council at its meeting of June 12, 1984; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 5244, Danbury Park, are hereby approved and <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are instruct- <br /> ed to take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5244 between the <br /> City and Morrison Homes, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 12, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ames W <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
