RESOLUTION NO. 84-279 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENT IN <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1984-2, STONERIDGE BUSINESS CENTER <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br />This Council intends to order the following improvement <br /> <br />under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: <br /> <br />The improvement of a new street 900+ feet in length <br />intersecting Stoneridge Mall Road 2~00+ feet north of <br />Stoneridge Drive and referred to as MoTart Court including <br />grading, paving, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, signing and <br />striping, and landscaping. The installation of public <br />utilities including a domestic water supply, sanitary <br />sewers, storm drains, street lighting, underground <br />electric, telephone and natural gas in Mozart Court and <br />the necessary offsite extensions to serve the parcels <br />shown on Tentative Parcel Map 4184. The district shall <br />include the acquisition of all necessary interests in real <br />property, together with all other improvements incidental <br />thereto that may be required including, but not limited <br />to, landscaping public areas, park improvements, sound <br />wall, widening of adjacent streets, or underground <br />existing utilities. <br /> <br />This Council finds that the land specially benefited by <br /> <br />the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, <br /> <br />"Boundary Map, Assessment District No. 1984-2, Stoneridge Business <br /> <br />Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California." This map <br /> <br />has been approved by the City Council and is now on file with the <br /> <br />City Clerk. The land within the exterior boundaries shown on the <br /> <br />map shall be designated Assessment District No. 1984-2, Stoneridge <br /> <br />Business Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br />This Council intends to levy a special assessment upon the <br /> <br />land within the described district in accordance with the special <br /> <br />benefit to be received by each parcel of land, respectively, from <br /> <br />the improvement. There shall be omitted from special assessment all <br /> <br />public streets, alleys and places and all land belonging to the <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
