RESOLUTION NO. 84-278 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1984-2, STONERIDGE BUSINESS CENTER <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This City Council approves that certain agreement between <br />the City of Pleasanton and STURGIS, NESS, BRUNSELL & SPERRY a <br />professional corporation, for services of that firm as Special Bond <br />Counsel for Assessment District No. 1984-2, Stoneridge Business <br />Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, dated June <br />12, 1984, and attached to this resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the City <br />Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 12th day of June, 1984. <br /> <br />Counc i lmember s <br /> <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />JAMES R.
