For tonight's meeting, we have couple questions need be answered.
Questions 1:
So is Supervisor Haggerty's OFFER a good deal for Pleasanton Hove
excited would you be if someone offered to pay for the knife that will be
used to slit your throat ? Yeah - somehow I can't get too excited about
that prospect either I
According to the Staples Ranch MOU which party was supposed to pay for items
1 P2 & 3 above? Don't Developers typically pay for the infrastructure costs?
Which party (City, County, Hendrick Automotive, CLC, Fremont Land) or parties will be paying for the first bridge across
the Arroyo Mocho ?
Was the City of Pleasanton really planning on bearing all of these costs
Just exactly hove was the City of Pleasanton planning on paying for it all ?
I mean do we have all this money set aside in a special fund devoted for the
above projects ? We need an honest assessment of the value of Scott
Haggerty's proposal
Let's assume for just a moment that we believe the propaganda that all of these costs were supposed to be paid for by the
City of Pleasanton. Sure
With this assumption, the OFFER would represent a considerable savings or
shall we say, reduction in expenses) to the city. I am not sure hove many
millions of dollars it would cost but I have heard 7 to 15 million for the road & bridge construction.
