Proposed Modification <br />2.2.1 Limit vehicular access to the site to Auto Mall Place, with no <br />vehicular access to and from EI Charro Road, except for <br />emergency vehicles as described in 2.2.2 below. Modify draft design standard 2.2.2. on page 24. <br />Existing Language <br />2.2.2 Provide a second, gated, emergency vehicle access to EI <br />Charro Road, following review and approval from Vulcan <br />Materials, if EI Charro Road remains a private road south of the <br />Auto Mall Place intersection.
