Continued from February 3, 2009 -Public Hearing: PSP-11 and PRZ-44, Stoneridge <br />Drive Specific Plan AmendmenUStaples Ranch Project: <br />a) Consider approval of Staples Ranch Development related documents including the <br />Environmental Impact Report (EIR), Environmental Findings, Statement of Overriding <br />Considerations, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan, the Stoneridge Drive <br />Specific Plan Amendment (Staples Ranch Project), Rezoning/Pre-zoning of Staples <br />Ranch Property to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) District. <br />b) Consider whether the full extension of Stoneridge Drive should be a part of the <br />Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan AmendmenUStaples Ranch Project. <br />5.
