CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION N0.84-274 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS FOR ASSESS- <br />MENT DISTRICT 1981-1, PLEASANTON PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Herzer Landscaping, Inc. on the landscape <br />improvements for Assessment District 1981-1, Pleasanton <br />Park, has been satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Pleasanton Park Owners Association will assume <br />normal maintenance of the landscaping; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Five percent (5%) of the total contract or $29,619.19 <br />will be retained until thirty (30) days after filing of <br />the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 12, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~~.~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> RCER, MAYORET <br /> ~lke , Ci~Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />P ~ ~ .
