CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-273 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM HOPYARD ASSOCIATES <br />FOR A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Hopyard <br />Associates to the City of Pleasanton for a public <br />service easement for maintenance of utilities, a copy <br />of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 12, 1984, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance <br />of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Hopyard Associates to the <br /> City of Pleasanton for a public service easement for <br /> maintenance of utilities is hereby accepted and <br /> the appropriate City officers are instructed to <br /> take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 12, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None NE~~C~.Z~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />A~VED~,S ~RM: ~ <br />Peter ~.' ~acDonald~ Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
