CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-272 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACTS 5224 AND 5256, COUNTRY FAIR DOWNS, PONDEROSA <br />HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tracts 5224 and 5256, Country Fair Downs, Ponderosa <br />Homes, have been submitted and checked by the <br />Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of June 12, 1984; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br />for Tracts 5224 and 5256, Country Fair Downs, Ponderosa <br />Homes, are hereby approved and accepted and the <br />appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br />whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br />execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tracts 5224 and <br />5256, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 12, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br />/=James R.
