CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-269 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES <br />FROM HOWARD CLEFINS HANSEN AND ANN MARIE MIX <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Howard <br />Clemens Hansen and Ann Marie Mix to the City of <br />Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference, for roadway <br />purposes (Valley Avenue between Hopyard Road and <br />Via de Los Milagros); and <br /> <br />~FHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 12, 1984, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance <br />of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The Grant Deed from Howard Clemens Hansen and Ann <br />Marie Mix to the City of Pleasanton for roadway purposes <br />is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers <br />are instructed to take whatever action necessary <br />to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 12, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None ~~E~~ <br />None ' <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
