CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-268 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTIONS 3, 6 AND 10 REGARDING REMOVAL OF PARKING PROHIBITION ON BERNAL AVENUE EASTERLY OF FIRST STREET, ESTABLISHING ONE HOUR PARKING ON DIVISION BETWEEN MAIN AND PETERS AVENUE A~ND INSTALL- ING A STOP SIGN ON HALCYON COURT AT BLACK AVENUE WHEREAS, WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 26, 1984, the City Council received and discussed three reports (SR 84:295, SR 84:296 and SR 84:298) related to removal of parking prohibition on Bernal Avenue easterly of First Street, establishing one hour parking on Division Street between Main Street and Peters Avenue and installation of a stop sign on Halcyon Court at Black Avenue from the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to reflect the above-discussed changes in Sections 3, 6 and 10; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended as follows: Amend Section 3 (Stop Intersections) is hereby amended by adding subsection 3h-3 to read as follows: "3h-3 Halcyon Court, at Black Avenue, stopping northbound traffic on Halcyon Court." Amend Section 6 (No Parking Zones) by deleting subsection 6b-3. Amend Section 10 (One Hour Parking Zone) is hereby amended by adding subsection 10d-1 to read as follows:
