The Factors to be considered by City Planning Staff
School accepts kindergartners and first graders or above. In order to comply with
the building code requirements, the School will open from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday through Thursday, and 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
We expect to have maximum 30 students in our program. It is anticipated that
there will be maximum 2 classes offered at the same time: Depending on the enrollment,
every class is expected to have 10-15 students.
Our School's traffic will mainly be the car pools dropping off school children that
would be picked up after they aze discharged from school, and the parents coming to pick
up their children after work. Car pools are also provided to students coming from Dublin
or other surrounding communities. It should be noted that the classes to be offered in our
program are expected to accept the students that: are enrolled in ow programs only. As
such, the number of classes offered in our program will have minimum impact on the
traffic situation, as the only person who will be coming in or out of the building for the
classes offered are the teachers.
The building has total 49 parking spaces, Parking along the Santa Rita Road is
also available. In order to further minimize the rffect of ow program on the traffic
situation, the landlord agrees to designate 4-6 parking spaces to our program. It is ow
understanding that the parking space assigned to us is not currently being assigned to any
other tenants in the building.
Majority furniture and equipments used in the School will be kid tables and
chairs, bookshelf, simple music instruments, and computers.
The School will only provide periodical Healthy snacks to enrolled children and
does not plan to host a full kitchen on site. Therefore, there will be no of urban clean
water runoff issue.
As the students will be dropped off in carpools, we expect that there will be no
more than 5 students walking in the hall way at any given time. As shown in the suite
location on the building plan, there are both Men's and Women's rooms just across the
hall from the unit to be occupied by our program.
A list of current tenants in the building is attached as requested.
