CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-267 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CAMP, DRESSER <br />& McKEE, INC. FORMASTER WATER SYSTEM STUDY AND <br />APPROPRIATING $48,000 FROM THE WATER CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Camp, Dresser & McKee, <br /> Inc. incorporating the May 11, 1984 proposal from <br /> Camp, Dresser & McKee, Inc. and in a form satis- <br /> factory to the City Attorney for work on a master <br /> water system study. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the appropriation of $48,000 from the Water <br /> Capital Improvement Fund for a Master Water System Study. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br /> This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 12, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None ~~~~R~.~~ <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> RCER, MAYOR <br /> <br /> es R.
