19. Prior to issuance of a business license, the applicant shall require all adults <br />working in the facility to undergo first-aid and CPR training prior to issuance of a <br />business license and shall ensure that these certifications are current at all times. <br />20. Prior to issuance of a business license, the applicant shall prepare and submit a <br />disaster plan to the Planning Division and shall ensure it is in place for the <br />facility/patrons. <br />21. The applicant shall prepare and submit a plan that provides for a period of <br />physical education for each program participant at an off-site location such as a <br />City park or Hart Middle School. The operator shall obtain all necessary licenses <br />and pay all appropriate fees as may be required by the City of Pleasanton or the <br />Pleasanton Unified School District. <br />{end} <br />3 <br />
