The Disclosure Category for consultant is dependent upon the type of work being performed. <br />1. Work of the type and/or nature that could or would be performed by a designated employee identified <br />in the City of Pleasanton Conflict of Interest Code. The City Manager or their designee may find that a <br />person need not fully comply with the disclosure requirements upon a written determination that the work <br />and duties contracted are limited in scope and full compliance is unnecessary. The written determination <br />shall identify what level of disclosure, if any, is required. <br />2. Work that involved making or participating in making decision which may have a foreseeable material <br />effect on a financial interest subject to the reporting requirement of the Political Report Act <br />
