ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br />A draft Negative Declaration has been prepared for the proposed project. Based on an <br />initial study, staff has determined that approval of Case PUD-74 would not have any <br />significant adverse effects on the environment. As a result, the Negative Declaration <br />can be issued in conformance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
