Significant exposure to litigation arising from the pending application filed with the City <br />concerning the conversion of the Vineyard Villa Mobilehome Park to “residential <br />ownership.” <br /> <br />b. Significant exposure to litigation concerning proposed action by the Alameda County <br />Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Zone 7, to increase fees for flood <br />protection and storm water drainage improvements. <br /> <br />5.
