CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALA~MEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-263 RESDLUTION ACCEPTING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEAS~TON ~D THE PLEASANTON CITY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION AND FIXING SALARIES AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR ENUMERATED CLASSES OF EMPLOYEES, AND A~NDING THE 1984-85 BUDGET WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, acting through the City Manager as employer representative of the City Council, and representatives of the Pleasanton City Employees Association have met and conferred pursuant to the provisions of Section 3500, et seq., of the Government Code in regard to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment for members of the Pleasanton City Employees Association; and WHEREAS, as a result of the above meeting and conferring process a Memorandum of Understanding dated June 6, 1984 was entered into between the City Manager and representatives of the Pleasanton City Employees Association; and WHEREAS, said Memorandum of Understanding was presented to the City Council at the regular meeting of June 4, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the City Manager and representatives of the Pleasanton City Employees Association for a term commencing March 1, 1984 through February 28, 1985, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Memorandum of Understanding. Section 2: The employees' class titles and salary ranges to be paid by the City of Pleasanton to all employees in the Pleasanton City Employees Association during the period March 1, 1984 through February 28, 1985, shall be set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: The budget for fiscal year 1984-85 is hereby amended to reflect those changes enumerated in Exhibit A.
