CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-257 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF MOZART DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR DESIGN _REVIEW APPROVAL OF FOUR COMMERCIAL/OFFICE BUILDINGS RANGING IN SIZE FROM THREE STORIES, APPROXIMATELY 72,500 SQ. FT., TO FIVE STORIES, APPROXIMATELY 189,000 SQ. FT, AND RELATED FACILITIES ON APPROXIMATELY TWENTY ACRES AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 1-580 AND 1-680, EAST OF STONERIDGE MALL ROAD WHEREAS, Mozart Development Company applied for design review approval to construct four commercial/office buildings ranging in size from three stories, approximately 72,500 sq. ft., to five stories, approximately 189,000 sq. ft, and related facilities on approximately twenty acres at the southwest corner of 1-580 and 1-680, east of Stoneridge Mall Road; and WHEREAS, the Design Review Board approved the plans of the applicant after considering documents and testimony at a public hearing on April 25, 1984; and WHEREAS, this decision was appealed by the City Council so that it could review the application totally; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on May 22, 1984 where all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council denies the appeal of Case Z-84-107 and therefore upholds the decision of the Design Review Board approving this application subject to the conditions contained in Design Review Board Resolution No. DRB-84-24. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
