EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />PUD-81-30-11D <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations, and landscape plan, Exhibit A, <br />dated April 2, 1984, on file with the Planning D~partment. <br /> <br />That the materials and colors to be used in the walls <br />between the northernmost hotel building and the remainder <br />of the hotel complex shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Department for approval prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />That the roof material used (concrete tile or mineral <br />fiber tile) shall be determined by the Planning staff. <br /> <br />That approval of case PUD-81-30-11D is subject to all con- <br />ditions of approval of case MS-82-13 approving Parcel Map <br />3858. <br /> <br />That the development shall be subject to all conditions <br />of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reproving the Hacienda <br />Business Park. <br /> <br />That the developer shall cause the property line between <br />lot 5A of Parcel Map 3858 and Parcel A of R/S 442, Book <br />8 R/S 32-35 to be removed in a manner satisfactory <br />to the City Engineer. <br /> <br />That the development shall be subject to all Standard Con- <br />ditions of Development, attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference except conditions 28, 29, 33, 35, <br />36, 36, 49 and 50. <br />That sidewalks be extended from their existing location <br />at the entrance drives on Chabot Drive and Gibralter <br />Drive to tie to the on-site pedestrian circulation system. <br />That landscaping within the peripheral landscape easement be <br />revised and designed to provide sight clearance for vehicles <br />exiting from this development. <br /> <br /> <br />
