CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-255 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF DOWNTOWN CENTRE II FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL OF THREE COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS TOTALLING APPROXIMATELY 16,300 SQ. FT. AND RELATED FACILITIES ON AN APPROXIMATELY ONE ACRE SITE AT 235 MAIN STREET (CASE Z-84-126) WHEREAS, Downtown Centre II has applied for design review approval for three commercial buildings totalling approximately 16,300 sq. ft. and related facilities on an approximately one acre site at 235 Main Street; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on May 22, 1984; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 22, 1984 and testimony was taken concerning the proposed project, including its design, cumulative impact and consistency with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with the General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Downtown Centre II for design review approval of three commercial buildings totalling approximately 16,300 sq. ft. and related facilities on an approximately one acre site at 235 Main Street, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
