CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-254 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL OF THREE COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS TOTALLING APPROXIMATELY 16,300 SQ FT. AND RELATED FACILITIES ON AN APPROXIMATELY ONE ACRE SITE AT 235 MAIN STREET WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 22, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Downtown Centre II for design review approval of three commercial buildings totalling approximately 16,300 sq. ft. and related facilities on an approximately one acre site at 235 Main Street; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 1, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed design review approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for design review approval of three commercial buildings totalling approximately 16,300 sq. ft. and related facilities on an approximately one acre site at 235 Main Street. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 22, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
