CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-254 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL OF THREE COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS <br />TOTALLING APPROXIMATELY 16,300 SQ FT. AND RELATED <br />FACILITIES ON AN APPROXIMATELY ONE ACRE SITE AT <br />235 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 22, 1984, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for the <br />application of Downtown Centre II for design <br />review approval of three commercial buildings <br />totalling approximately 16,300 sq. ft. and related <br />facilities on an approximately one acre site at <br />235 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated May 1, 1984 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed design <br />review approval would not have any significant <br />adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for design review <br /> approval of three commercial buildings totalling <br /> approximately 16,300 sq. ft. and related facilities <br /> on an approximately one acre site at 235 Main Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 22, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
