CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-253 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN <br />EIGHT UNIT ~LTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON <br />APPROXIMATELY 0.28 ACRES AT 404ST. MARYS STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 22, 1984, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for PUD <br />zoning and development plan approval for an eight <br />unit multi-family residential project on approxi- <br />mately 0.28 acres located at 404 St. Marys Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated April 30, 1984 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />corf~ftent on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />rezoning and development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning <br />and development plan would not have any significant <br />adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for PUD zoning and <br /> development plan approval for an eiRht unit multi- <br /> family residential project on approximately 0.28 acres <br /> located at 404 St. Marys Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 22, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
