CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-245 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET OF PLEASANTON DOWNTOWN <br />ASSOCIATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-85 FOR DOWNTOWN <br />PLEASANTON BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />pursuant to the ordinance establishing the Downtown <br />Pleasanton Business Improvement District, the <br />Pleasanton Downtown Association is to submit it's <br />proposed annual budget to the City Council for <br />consideration and approval no later than May of <br />each year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Finance presented her report (SR <br />84:268) to the Council which summarized the estimated <br />revenues and estimated expenditures; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the proposed 1984-85 budget for the <br /> Pleasanton Downtown Association as adopted by the <br /> association's Board of Directors, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 22, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~R~~~RCE '.~ <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> y Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
