CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-239 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 3 (STOP INTERSECTIONS) BY ADDING SUBSECTION 3b-2 REGARDING A STOP SIGN ON A PRIVATE STREET FROM WELLINGTON CONDOMINI~4S WHEREAS, the City Council, on April 12, 1976, adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 22, 1984, the City Council received and discussed a report dated May 22, 1984 from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to the need for a stop sign on a private street entering Black Avenue; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to install a stop sign on the above-described private street; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF'THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsection 3b-2 as follows: "3b-2 Black Avenue, a stop sign on the private street which enters onto Black Avenue from Wellington Condominiums (Tract 4549); stopping traffic on the private street." Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
