CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-231 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 120 ACRES LOCATED AT 4440 AND 4432 FOOTHILL ROAD TO THE PUD-OPEN SPACE DISTRICT AND PUD-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 8, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 120 acre site on Foothill Road opposite its intersection with West Las Positas Boulevard, commonly known as 4432 and 4440 Foothill Road, which land is involved in Annexation No. 107, to the PUD-Open Space/Low Density Residential Districts; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated April 18, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning of an approximately 120 acre site located at 4432 and 4440 Foothill Road, which land is involved in Annexation No. 107, to the PUD-Open SDace/Low Density Residential Districts. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 8, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
