CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-229 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CLARIFYING THAT THE CITY OF SAN RAMON <br />IS A NON-VOTINGMEMBER ONLY ON THE CITIZENS CABLE <br />TV ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of Pleasanton had previously <br />invited the the City of San Ramon to participate <br />in the Citizens Cable TV Advisory Committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a question has arisen as to whether it was the <br />City Council's intention that San Ramon be a <br />voting member of the Citizens Cable TV Advisory <br />Committee; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> It is the intention of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton that the City of San Ramon <br />shall be a non-voting member only of the Citizens <br />Cable TV Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 8, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr and Wood <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Countilmember Butler and Mayor ercer <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ames ~.
