CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-225 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN THE ZONE 7 <br />ARROYO MASTER PLAN STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 8, 1984, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Recreation <br />and Human Resources which outlined scope of work <br />of the Arroyo Planning Workshop meeting of March 6, <br />1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />staff believes it is important that Pleasanton <br />participate in the Arroyo Master Plan Study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the willingness of Zone 7 to provide funding for <br />the project eliminates the need for any budget <br />amendment in order to participate; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The City Council approves the participation of <br />the City of Pleasanton in the Arroyo Master Plan <br />Study. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 8, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr and Wood <br />None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> , CE <br /> <br />~e er D. ac onald, City ~t~orney <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
