All maintenance, involving the physical condition and the operation of the iml~rovemeat <br />referred to in Article VI MAINTENANCE of tile aforementioned Master Agreement will be <br />performed by the Local Agency at regular intervals, or as required for efficient <br />operation of the completed improvements· <br /> <br />The Local Agency will advertise, award, and administer this project· The Local Agency <br />shall obtain State's concurrence prior to either award or rejection of the contract. <br /> <br />The funds for this project will be limited to the amount shown on Exhibit B. In <br />awarding, or agreeing to award the contract, the Local Agency agrees that the. payment <br />of Federal funds will be limited to the Detail Estimate amount approved by the Federa7 <br />Highway Administration in the Federal-Aid Project Agreement (PR-2), or its modification <br />(PR-2A), and accepts any increases in Local Agency matching funds. <br /> <br />The Local Agency's share of matching funds will be 100% of the amount remaining after <br />Federal participation. <br /> <br />The availability of Federal funds will be subject to meeting deadlines and/or other <br />conditions as may be imposed by the Director upon recommendations of the Advisory Commlttc <br />(Urban System). <br /> <br />In executing this program supplement agreement, Local Agency hereby reaffirms tile <br />"Nondiscrimination Assurances" contained in the aforementioned Master Agreement fox' <br />Federal Aid Program. <br /> <br /> <br />
