CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-215 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS NOS. 26 <br />AND 29 TO LOCAL-AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 <br />FOR FEDERAL AID IMPROVEMENTS (TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT <br />INTERSECTIONS OF FOOTHILL AND WEST LAS POSITAS <br />AND SUNOL AND BERNAL) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The City Council approves the Program Supplements <br />Nos. 26 and 29 to Local Agency-State Agreement No. <br />04-5101 for federal aid improvements (installation <br />of traffic signals at the intersections of Foothill <br />and West Las Positas and Sunol and Bernal), copies <br />of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Clerk to executed the <br /> above-described agreements. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 8, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr and Wood <br />NOES: None <br /> <br /> Walker, Ci~Clerk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peterj D.
