CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-213 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />RESURFACING OF AMADOR AND MUIRWOOD TENNIS COURTS <br />AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated May 8, 1984, advised the City Council <br />that plans and specifications had been completed <br />for resurfacing of the Amador and Muirwood Tennis <br />Courts, and that said plans have been reviewed by <br />staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 8, 1984, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> resurfacing of the Amador and Muirwood tennis courts. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ~Y 8, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr and Wood <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ~ .
