CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-212 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 5196, FAIRLANDS TERRACE, UNIT 2, FAIRLANDS <br />ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 5196, Fairlands Terrace, Unit 2 have been <br />submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and <br />the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agree- <br />ments received by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of May 8, 1984; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br />for Tract 5196, Fairlands Terrace, Unit 2, are <br />hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br />City officers are instructed to take whatever <br />action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br />execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5196, <br />Fairlands Terrace, Unit 2, Fairlands Associates, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective irf~f~ediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 8, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr and Wood <br />None <br /> <br />ABSENT Councilmember Butler and ayor CKe. r2e~i <br /> : Mayor ercer <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />' F CE <br />By ~oris George, ~eputy City Clerk <br /> <br />~,tROVED AS TO FORM.~~ <br /> er D.
